Rubber elastic grinding head

Elastic wheel adopts rubber binder, green silicon carbide abrasive, chip discharge and heat dissipation effect is good, mainly used for polishing stainless steel, glass, stone, stainless steel, tungsten steel and so on

 Rubber binder is a kind of high polymer compound.  For: centerless grinding, fine grinding, polishing, etc.  Various sizes can be customized, support non-standard abnormals. 

When grinding hard materials, choose soft abrasives, grinding soft materials, choose hard abrasives, grinding soft and large toughness non-ferrous metal materials, hardness should be selected soft. 

Kemei produces full types of polishing wheels, such as PVA polishing whels, graphite polishing wheels, sponge wheels, fiber polishing wheels ,polyurethane wheels. Normally all these polishing wheels are used after coarse grinding wheel, like aluminum oxide grinding wheels, silicon carbide grinding wheels or diamond grinding wheels , CBN grinding wheels.
