Drug name： Neomycin Sulfate Soluble Powder

Pharmacological action： Pharmacodynamic neomycin belongs to aminoglycoside antibiotic, antibiotic, Digestive system drug, antibiotic spectrum is similar to kanamycin. It has a strong antibacterial effect on most gram-negative bacilli such as Escherichia coli, Proteus, Salmonella and Pasteurella multocida, and is also sensitive to Staphylococcus aureus. Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Gram-positive bacteria (except Staphylococcus aureus), Rickettsiae, anaerobic bacteria and fungi are resistant to this product. Pharmacokinetic neomycin is rarely absorbed by internal and local administration, only 3% of the total amount is excreted from the urine after internal administration, and most of it is excreted from the stool without changes. Inflammation or ulceration of the intestinal mucosa may increase absorption. The drug is quickly absorbed by injection, and the process in vivo is similar to kanamycin.
