Tail Whale T Handle Lock has all the same features as a standard Folding T-Handle,  A nice feature of this handle is that it’s key lockable and the key cylinder is completely covered and hidden by the Whale Tail handle when it’s folded down in the closed position.  You can also attach a padlock through the handle to give you a second point of locking. At the back of the handle there’s also a built-in seal, so you don’t need an additional gasket.
