Horizontal Down Roller Adjust 3-roller Rolling Machine Working principle and specification:

This equipment is adopt the principle of three spot into one circle , so it is the special equipment for from  rolling the plate to arc shape . see the following working principle :

1. The upper roller makes vertical elevating . The power : hydraulic oil cylinder . Function ：press on the plate and make plate deformation  .

2. Upper roller rotating action . The power ：electric motor .Function ：moving the plate ,which make the continuous bend deformation and form circle .

3. Lower roller horizontal moving .The power：hydraulic oil cylinder. Function ：change the distance between upper and lower roller , which to make pre-bending of front end  and reduce length of straighten edge .

4. Lower roller rotating action .The power：hydraulic motor .Function ：Avoiding  slipping between lower roller and plate ;Helping feed plate ,reduce worker working and improve production efficiency .

5. Overturn bear overturning and reset . The power：hydraulic oil cylinder . Function ：unload the finish rolling cylinder .

6. Alignment oil cylinder lift/reset .The power：hydraulic oil cylinder .Function ：alignment the plate , avoid tilting (cylinder shell face can’t vertical with shell shaft line )  that can’t put together . 

Horizontal Down Roller Adjust 3-roller Rolling Machine Structure introduction:

W11XNC series rolling machine , it is the mature product of our Zhouxiang company . It is special equipment for rolling the metal plate into round , arc shape and taper shape in normal temperature or high temperature （850°C～1050°C）. The three roller are all driving roller , the upper roller makes vertical elevating action and two lower rollers make horizontal moving ，so they are all driving by hydraulic oil cylinder . The working travel is control by computer  and auto-adjust level , screen display ,precision ±0.2mm；There have overturn mechanism on left end of upper roller .Bear overturning /reset adopt hydraulic driving ，which is easy unloading the after-roll products .There have separate operate table follow with this machine , it is suitable working for the workers . Also there have safe lock part , which  have reliable operate .So this rolling machine is one advanced and practical equipment .
