This automatic production line is suitable for the processing of oats and corn. PLC automatic  control, raw material, flour, syrup automatic supplement. The flavoring and roasting process can change the filling quantity and frequency according to different processing.

Manual feeding, oatmeal and grain circle enter the conveyor belt together after entering the respective automatic weighing system, and enter the first seasoning station at one time through the conveyor belt. The second station is equipped with automatic fuel injection and sugar injection systems, the third station is equipped with automatic powder feeding, and the fourth station is equipped with mixing and discharging. The mixing drum can be frequency controlled (speed range: 18-32 RPM), and PLC control. 

The feeding end of the oven adopts a two-stage homogenizing mechanism, and the middle section has a comb mechanism;

The bottom of the discharge end of the oven is provided with a water washing chain plate mechanism;

There is a compressed gas blowing mechanism at the discharge end of the oven for standby;

The feeding cloth of the oven is uniform and the performance is reliable;

The discharge end of the oven adopts anti sticking structure, and the bottom seal can flush water;
