Product Composition
The main component of PC Sheet is based on polycarbonate (PC) resin.
 
Performance Characteristics
1. Impact resistance: The strength is 250-300 times that of ordinary glass.
2. Lightweight: The density is 1/2 of glass, reducing transportation and installation costs.
3. Temperature resistance: The operating temperature range is -40℃ to 120℃, and it can withstand 130℃ in a short term.
4. Light transmittance: up to 85%-89%.
5. Anti-ultraviolet: UV coating prevents yellowing and protects the life of the material.

Traditional bulletproof glass relies on a multi-layer laminated structure, weighs more than 4 times that of PC board, and is easy to break as a whole after impact; PC board absorbs energy through molecular chain extension, only partially dents, and has no risk of splashing.
 
2. ​​Q: How to avoid yellowing and brittleness of PC board during long-term outdoor use? ​​
