Production description

This Automatic plastic tube filling and sealing machine is suitable for filling all kinds of pasty and high viscous fluid and for large diameter plastic and composite tubes and then internally heating tubes, sealing and printing lot number and date. It is used in the industries of pharmaceutics, foodstuff, cosmetic and bond and so on.

Technical Parameters

Workflow:

tube bin (hose container) → automatic tube loading → identification and positioning → hose internal cleaning (option) → filling → tail hot melt → pressing and sealing, typing code → (flat tail) → one folding → two Secondary folding→saddle folding→cutting (printing code on metal tube)→finished product discharge.
