Double Covering Film and Insulation Quilt With Double Layer Arch Beam Green House for Winter Vegetables/Flowers

1.Double Layer Arch Beam: This structural design provides enhanced stability and insulation. The double layer creates an air gap between the layers which acts as an insulating layer, reducing heat loss.

2.Double Covering Film: Using two layers of covering film instead of one increases the insulation effect. This is particularly beneficial in cold climates as it reduces heat loss through the roof and walls of the greenhouse. Additionally, the space between the two films can be filled with air or a reflective material to further improve insulation.

3.Insulation Quilt: An insulation quilt can be deployed over the top of the inner layer of the covering film during colder nights. This quilt is typically made from materials like bubble wrap, synthetic fibers, or other insulating fabrics. It helps to retain the heat inside the Single Greenhouse and reduce heat loss.

-Cover material
Greenhouse roof is covered by 80/100/120/150/200 micron high transmittance plastic PO/PE/PEP*EVA film with life span 5 years around.
Use speical H-style Clamp/Channels with W-style special spring for film locking and fixing.
Greenhouse back and both gable sides are covered by quilt+non-woven fabric+plastic film+air insulation layer.
