Disposable Gusseted Sterilization Wrap Reel Pouches

Made of medical grade paper (60g/70g/80g) heated with PET/PP film

Pre-glued paper for a better sealing

Gusseted type for easy extension of the space for devices in bulk volume

Some key parameters of the gusseted sterilization reel & pouches are as below

Peel strength: 2.0N/15mm

Tensile strength: 500mN or above

Air permeability: 1.9 μm/(Pa•s) under an air pressure of 1.47KPa.

Bursting strength: 120kPa or above

Material

French Arjo paper or demostic medical grade paper in 60gsm / 70gsm for options

Dual layer CPP / PET laminated film in clear blue, green or white.

Suitable for Ethylene oxide ( ETO ) and Steam

Indicators

Initial pink turns brown / yellow (ETO)

initial blue turns grey / black ( Autoclave / Steam)

Width: 55mm to 1000mm

100 Meters /200 Meters are most frequently used length, customized length will be available upon demand.
