Why is it need to wait before continuing production ? 1)After hydraulic hose inner tube was extruded from the machine, it is 110 C degree, and then the inner tube go through cooling water tank, and then rolled . 2)At this moment , even if the temperature is coming down, but inside rubber , it needs more time to recover. 3)Before braiding the hydraulic hose inner tube will be frozen at 30-35 C degree below zero. So only after the rubber recovery, it can be frozen and braided better. 4)There are many differences during produciton of hydraulic hose from difference China factories.
