High Quality Cartridge Heaters

The single head electric heating tube with Single Lead is specially designed for clients, mainly used for heating in the mold,  installed in the mold hole, and can also be used for heating in 3D printer. The electric heating pipe is made of stainless steel SUS304 / SUS310 / SUS316 INCOLOY800 or INCOLOY840. 

It can be customized according to customer requirements.

4. Lead Connection Option: Crimped or Swaged leads

(Wire options: Teflon, silicone high temperature frber glass)
6. Cartridge heater categories:
1). High power density (heat area surface power 10~25W/cm²)
Working temperature≤450 degrees.
2). middle, low power density (heat area surface power 5~11W/cm²)
Working temperature≤300 degrees.
