Working principle:
This machine is composed of three parts: main machine, auxiliary machine and electric control box. It has the performance of air separation type, no screen, no net, uniform particle size and so on. The production process is continuous. The material enters the crushing chamber from the hopper through the spiral conveyor, and is shear and crushed by the high-speed rotating blade. The material is transported to the cyclone separator and bag type dust collector by the method of negative pressure air transport. The speed of the crushing cutter head and the classifying wheel is controlled by frequency conversion.
