Aautomatic cold room sliding doors

Automatic cold room sliding doors, are electric motor driving thermal insulated doors, fit for cold rooms, cooler rooms, refrigeration warehouse or freezer rooms.  Its door leaf can automatcially  move to one side or two sides when opening. It is widely used in food industry, pharmaceutical industry, and cold chain logistics. It is made from thick double skin PU foam sandwich panel with excellent thermal insulation capacity and this will effectively minimize heat loss and electric energy cost for a cold room. For daily use, it can be opened or closed with wall mounted control buttons or remote controls.  This improves the traffic efficiency inside cold rooms and make goods moving in a fast speed. For cold rooms with a lot traffic, such electric cold room sliding doors are a nice choice. 

Excellent thermal insulation

Double skin structure sandwich panel. Thickness optional for 75mm, 100mm, and 150mm. Density of filling PU foam reaches 45kg/m³, and with closed porocity ≥95% . Thus it gains excellent thermal insulation. Thermal conductivity factor: 0.018-0.023 W/(m.k). 

High airtightness

At four sides of cold room sliding door leaf, there are double tooth EPDM seal rubber.  On left side, right side and top lintel of wall opening, there are aluminum profile wall cover. It is to be fixed at the surface of wall, and facing the seal rubber. Thus when door is closed, the seal rubber will press onto the aluminum wall cover, to reduce gap between cold room sliding door and cold room wall. 

Stable and user-freindly driving system

Intelligent control system can be easily set for running parameters, like speed, safety protection , and auto-close mode. Drive motor power rating is DC36V, safe low voltage to avoid human hurting in case of , impvoing protection of human from electricity. Motor output torque is flexible adjusting according to load weight, to realize silent and smooth running. 

Operation method: two control buttons and two remote control for each door. 

Door power supply: compatible at the same time for both 1-phase 220±10%V and 1-phase 380±10%V, 50/60HZ.

Fire retardant 

Filling PU foam is specially treated with proportion of fire-resist chemical agent. This obviously improve fire retardant performance of cold room sliding door panel. It can reach B1 grade. This is very beneficial for fire protection safety in cold rooms. 

Rust-proof in humid cold rooms

Big temperature difference in cold rooms create big humidity with a lot vapor generated every minute. So this make steel material easy to rust in cold rooms. Kenvo cold room sliding door panels are covered with powder coated galvanized steel. So it is double protected by both painting and galvanized layers. Top track and frames are made from aluminum profile, with excellent rust-proof capacity. 

Heating device to avoid freezing

For low temperature cold room, we equip the cold room sliding door with all-round heating belt. Such heating belt is intelligent self-limiting-temperature wires which will automatically control the temperature within 60-70℃, to warm up the edge of cold room sliding door, to avoid freezing and ice.

Easy to open and close by hand

A long crank shape handle on the door leaf, and a steel pivot block on the frame. When opening the cold room door by hand, only need pull the handle with little force. 

Emergency exit safety protection

There is a possiblity that worker is locked inside the cold room. In such case, it is very dangerous for human life because of low temperature. Kenvo cold room sliding doors adopt a special emergency release lock. Even the door is locked from outside, inside people can directly open the door by pulling emergency exit bar. This protect human life well.
