The YL model tablet counting machine is a new design for laboratory production and small batch capacity manufactured. Desktop style for tablet, capsule pill counter but small size and light weight. Once start with one bottle and automatically to count the next when finished, easy picking up and putting down the bottle by hand.This capsule counting machine has been designed and developed to count & fill different shapes or size of products accurately like soft gel capsules, hard capsules, tablets, sugar coating, and film coating tablets, pills, herb medicine or similar products into containers or vials. 

Features:
1).The number of pellet counted be arbitrarily set up among 0-9999.Vertical pathway compensated type counting (patented technology), the counting precision can reach up to 100%, which avoids the big error for counting precision in the traditional vibrating or rotating type.
2). Stainless steel material for whole machine body can meet with GMP specification.
3). Easy to operate and no special training required.
4). Precision pellet count with special electrical eye protection device.
5). Rotary counting design with fast and smooth operation
6). The rotary pellet counting speed can be adjusted with step-less according to the bottle putting speed manually.
7). The interior of the machine is equipped with dust cleaner to avoid the dust effect on the machine.
8). Vibration feeding design, the vibration frequency of the particle hopper can be adjusted with step-less based on the needs of the medical pellet out put.

9). YL-4 :Once start with two bottles and automatically to count the next two bottles when finished, easy to pick up and put down by two hands and the speed is one time faster.
