Animal feed hammer mill grinder machine

The whole machine is constituted of feeding system, grinding system, fan blade device, dust absorption system and induced draught system. The main driving device is constituted of hopper, grinding chamber, grinding blade, gear ring, screen, fan and other components. The suction system is constituted of pipe, cyclone separator and fan. The dust absorption system has filter bag, induced fan and so on.

Through the hopper the raw materials enter into the grinding chamber in which the materials are thrown to the gear ring fixed on the body under the impact of the high-speed rotating blade, resulting in the impact, shear and collision between the materials, the material and the blade, gear ring to the effect of  alternate crushing. After grinding, under the thrust of the positive pressure airflow generated by the high-speed wind blade at the side of the crushing chamber, the small powder overcomes the dead weight, crosses the screen with the air flow, enters the cyclone collector and is discharged by the discharge valve through the discharge tube.  Part of ultrafine dust is absorbed by pulse dust collector, and clean air is discharged into the atmosphere after dust removal.  The machine will not generate excessive heat in the machine chamber, to ensure that the characteristics of the material will not change.
