Main application
This machine is an automatic rotary continuous tablet press machine. It is the basic equipment for processing granular raw materials into tablets in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industrial sectors. rotary tablet press is suitable for large or small batch production of a variety of circular tablets, sugar tablets, calcium tablets, etc. It is not suitable for semi-solid, wet powder pressing.
Feature
1. The upper part of the machine is a tablet pressing structure. Its composition is mainly composed of three parts: upper punching, middle die and lower punching, and the surrounding 17/19 die is evenly arranged on the edge of the turntable. The tail of the up and down punching rod is embedded in a fixed curve track. When the turntable is rotating, the up and down punching is moving up and down with the curve track to achieve the purpose of pressing. 
2. The main working process is divided into: (1) filling; (2) Pressure; (3) out of the piece, the three procedures are continuous, filling and pressurizing with regulating control mechanism, with table card instructions, easy to operate. 
3, the pill machine adopts the flow gate feeding mechanism, can make the material evenly fill the die hole, reduce the difference of sheet weight. 
4, the motor is installed in the machine base, with the triangle belt to drive the worm drive turntable, half in the motor shaft is equipped with stepless speed pulley, through the movement of the motor skateboard, can adjust the speed, safe and reliable without noise. 
5. The side of the machine base is equipped with a powder suction box, which has a blower and powder storage room; In the powder filter room, when the machine is running at high speed, the flying powder and the falling powder of the middle mold are excluded through the powder suction nozzle, which will not be stuck and blocked, and the operation is stable and normal.
