The granulator machine is suitable for pharmaceutical, foodstuff, chemical, solid drink and so on industries. This granulation machine can make the stirred raw materials become granulel with needed size or crush the blocked raw materials into small granule.
Working method
Driven by electromotor, trigonal strap and pulley, worm gear and worm, the pentagon hob driven by gear-axes will do periodic to-and-fro circumgyratetion under the control of eccentricity axletree and lifting rack. The materials move continuously and being controlled to extrude grains through the sieve mesh and rotor clearance. Pelletizing machine capability changes with different moisture, classification, viscosity and mesh. The grains can be in different size. During the disintegration of materials, the coagulated solid materials are lashed and disintegrated in the roller made of pentagon hob, and force the materials through the sieve mesh.
