Working Method:

This horizontal ribbon mixer machine is arranged on the transmission main shaft double-layer spiral blade, the external blade will transport the material to the middle, the internal blade will transport the material to the outside. Under the convective movement of the double-layer helical belt, a mixed environment with low power and high efficiency is formed. The inner and outer diameter spiral mounted on the stirring shaft drives the materials in the barrel body, so that the agitator in the barrel body to the material turning process. When the mixing device is working, the inner helix drives the material near the axis to rotate, and the axial direction is pushed from inside to both sides. The outer helix drives the material near the barrel wall to rotate, and the axial direction is pushed from both sides to the inside. The mixed material can be evenly mixed in a short time. This blending machine is made of stainless steel, in line with GMP standards.
