ASTM A423 Seamless Carbon Alloy Steel Boiler Pipes conforming to ASTM A423 standard are high-quality carbon alloy pipes for Boiler systems. 1.Chemical Compostition(ASME SA213 Standard)

Carbon:0.05-0.15%,low-carbon design to reduce weld sensitization risk.

Cr(Chromium):1.9%-2.6%， enhances oxidation resistance and high-temperature srength.

Mo(Molybdenum):0.87%-1.13%, improves creep resistance and thermal fatigue resistance.

Mn(Manganese):0.3%-0.6%， enhance processabiliy(e.g.,cold forming.

Si(Silicon):≤0.5%,reduces oxide scale formation during service.

P/S(Phosphorus/Sulfur):P≤0.025%,S≤0.025%, strictly limited o improve material purity and reduce hot brittleness.

2.Merchanical properties(ASME SA213 Requirements)

Tensile Strength ≥415Mpa, ensures load-bearing capacity under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions.

Yield Strength ≥205Mpa, guarantees plastic deforamtion ability to avoid brittle fracture.

Elongation ≥30%, high ductility supports cold bending and forming processes.
