ASME SA213 T12 Seamless Boiler Tube​

ASME SA213 T12 Seamless Boiler Tube in accordance with ASME SA213 standard is the core alloy tube for medium and high temperature Boiler systems. As a perfect combination of professional Boiler Pipe and Alloy Steel Pipe, it is based on chromium-molybdenum alloy (the T12 model contains about 1% chromium and about 0.5% molybdenum), processed by seamless forming technology, and has excellent high-temperature creep resistance and steam oxidation resistance. It can operate stably for a long time in core heat exchange sections such as superheaters and reheaters of power station boilers and industrial high-temperature boilers, ensuring the efficient conversion and transmission of thermal energy. ​

Compared with the conventional Carbon Steel Pipe, it has better strength and fatigue resistance in the medium and high temperature environment of 500-600℃, and the boiler operation and maintenance cost can be reduced without frequent replacement. For the low-temperature feed water or preheating section of the boiler, it can be used in conjunction with Low Temperature Steel Pipe to form full-temperature range protection and avoid the risk of low-temperature brittle cracking. Meanwhile, this Pipe material itself belongs to the category of High Temperature Steel Pipe and can directly withstand medium and high temperature impacts. Furthermore, it features precise size control of Precision Steel Pipe, a smooth inner wall to reduce heat energy loss and fluid resistance, a tight interface to eliminate the risk of steam leakage, and strictly meets the strict requirements of ASME SA213 standard for T12 type boiler tubes.
