Advanced Skin Pass Mill for Steel Cold Rolling

Our skin pass mill is the equipment for rolling steel coils. It is usually carried out after the intermittent annealing stage and is highly flexible to process hard and ultra-soft strips. Our skinpass mill is a two-roll stand that can accommodate work rolls of different diameters and apply different rolling forces. This allows a wide range of production. Smaller work roll diameters can reduce rolling forces when leveling high-strength steel strip. Larger work rolls can increase rolling forces on steel coils. Surface roughness can be improved, and the service life of the work rolls can be extended.
