1、 Elevating Welding Positioner Introduction

    Welding positioner is widely used for welding and holding and assembling of complex work piece. It is an excellent assistance device for mechanical industry especially steel structure manufacturing industry such as small chemical vessel manufacturing. 2、Elevating Welding Positioner Functions

This type of welding positioner is composed of slewing gear of table, overturning gear of table, electrical control assembly and elevating base. It has beautiful appearance and compact structure.

The electricity uses centralized control, all the operating buttons are on the electric control box, the rotating speed is controlled by AC transducer. There are buttons for positive rotating, opposite rotating, rotating stop, RPM adjusting. The tilting angle of working table is 0～90°, it can tilt upward and downward. The utmost limit is controlled by travel switch. It is easy operating and has high reliability.
