Product Introduction

Allulose is natural Non-GMO low-calorie rare sugar which made from corn starch. It found in nature fruit such as raisins, figs and kiwis. Allulose is a monosaccharide and is a D-3-isomer of fructose, as shown in the figure. Allulose has a molecular weight of 180.16 and its chemical properties are similar to fructose. Now we have allulose powder and crystalline allulose.
