 ST06 Two Component Sealant Extruder used for silicone or polysulfide sealant coating on foursides of insulating glass.Adopting Korea YLK air motor.The mixing system of Air Motor Two Component Sealant Extruder used precision stainless steel mixer,mixing mangrel,with the specially designed unidirectional needle valve,to ensure the mixing evenly.This Silicone Extruder Sealing Machine is necessary machine for double glazing production.Had better to use Air Motor Two Component Sealant Extruder in fixed condition, if need to move, must pay more attention on wire, avoid discount torsion.

Main feature:

1     1 The machine can be used to spread two-component Polysulfide glue or silicone glue.

2     2 This machine including A and B component glue pump which are driven by air motor system and imported by Korea

       3 The machine’s curing agent system is fully closed, which can prevent the agent from exposing to air and getting solidified.

       4 adjustable supercharging ratio of synchronous linkage mechanism, adapt to material ratio of different material(6:1-14:1), and ha have special ratio inspection station.

       5 Employ international popular static mixer reciprocating belts, volume is small and weight is light.Import mixed core is re               reliable and evenly.

      6  Using adjustable supercharging ratio of synchronous linkage mechanism, After adjusting air pressure the first time, we will nonot do anything, then, supplying glue, proportion, mixing and spraying. Every time only need to gently pull the gun trigger, can       make the whole system start. Sensitive high pressure valve can make operation and use more secure.
