How to make the silicone wristband by our machine

About the mold, you can produce the mold by the CNC machin, you also can send us the design, we can produce the mold for you.

 

3.Raw material:

About the raw material, with liquid slicone and solid silicone and colors, we can introduce the suppliers for you if you need.

 

The process of making the silicone wristband:

1.Mixing the solid silicone and colors by the gum machine, every colors you want, after finished mixing, put the final mixture into the cutting machine for cutting the material into a piece, it can save the raw material.

2.The mold fixed at the hydraulic machine, so just put the final material into the mold, then press by the hydaulic machine, then finish the wristband without any logo .

3.Mixing the liquid silicone and the colors by hands, then put the mixture into the vacuum machine for removing the air and bubble .

4.Then put the liquid material into the barrel of the dispensing machine, then set the program according to the mold

5.After filling the logo of the mold with liquid material, in the meantime, put the wristband without any logo in the another mold like the picture, then put the mold into the embossing machine for pressing, then open up the mold ,finally finish the wristband with 3d logo.
