Top configuration: tank material is 304-2B food grade stainless steel plate, insulation layer is 8cm thick polyurethane foam;
standard divided into 3 bins, each bin has a gravity outlet; each bin is equipped with PIC cleaning device,
easy to clean in the tank; insulation function: 24 hours medium temperature rise ≤ 1℃.
Fresh milk truck production process:
The tank structure is divided into three layers: insulation layer, protective layer, insulation layer and tank inner liner.
1. The tank liner adopts food grade 304-2B stainless steel plate. All welding seams of tank body shall be polished
and ground to ensure that the inner liner is smooth and free from acute angle; 2. The middle layer of the tank body adopts 8cm thick polyurethane foam insulation layer.
Ensure that the temperature rises and falls ≤ 1℃ in 24 hours when the temperature difference is 30 degrees during transportation,
which greatly ensures the original quality of the transported goods; 3, the outer layer of the tank (insulation layer protective layer) using 2mm thick 304L stainless steel plate.
The whole car body has beautiful appearance, scientific structure, light weight and good strength. 4. The tank can be set as multi-bin according to user requirements, and each single bin has a separate discharge port
(gravity port) and charging port (tank port);
5. PIC automatic cleaning system is used in the tank, and the cleaning device rotates 360 degrees in all directions to ensure
that there is no dead angle in cleaning;
6. The vent valve is set on the top of the tank, and automatic adjustment is opened to reduce the evaporation loss
of liquid and prevent the tank from deforming when positive and negative pressure is generated in the tank;
