Product Description

1) TH-625 is equipped with a relay and electronic controlling system.

2) Used for the production of Strobel-made and flexible footwear. That means the vamp is molded straight or outside.

3) Advantage: similar to the lasting process, the vamp will be molded in the whole toe area up to the instep

4) Important features of construction:
           * The vamp that has to be molded is held in the toe area by a working tool made according to the contour of the last.
           * The pulling over process means the aluminum last moves up as other working tools stay closed.
           * The  tape  is part of the working tool adapts to the aluminum last and holds the leather in shape.
           * By producing "Strobel-made" footwear the last moves up a second time and molds the upper straight.

5) Important advantages of this machine:
           * The molding in the toe area is straight, that means no unevenness and no wrinkles.
           * The machine is equipped with one or two damping units that warm up the thermoplastic toe and steam the upper at the same time.
