Product details

850nm LED can be packaged inside with different SMD LED. Such as 2835 SMD LED, 3528 SMD LED or 5050 SMD LED ect. In this case, we package it with 3020 SMD LED, which size is 3.0x2.0mm. Compare with 2835 SMD LED, this 3020 led will got smaller package. It's also a PLCC-2 package LED. 850nm IR LED are widely use in kinds of application such as CCTV camera, night vision system ect. With this small size, it will be better to put with different kinds of PCB board and application. If you looking for some small package of 850nm LED, this one won't let you down!
