The tungsten carbide pellets hardness can be acchieved 91 HRA, the density is 14.9g/m3. As the popular tungsten carbide pellets, they can applied to welding rod and welding rope manufacturing. Tungsten carbide grits, renowned for their exceptional properties such as high hardness (HRA 85-93), excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and strong impact resistance, are widely applied in scenarios demanding high material strength and durability. Their core applications are as follows:

1. Grinding and Polishing Industry

As core grinding media, they are used for fine grinding of materials in mining, building materials, ceramics and other fields. For instance, in cement production, replacing traditional steel balls with tungsten carbide pellets can increase material grinding efficiency by 20%-30%. Meanwhile, they reduce their own wear (with a service life 5-10 times that of steel balls) and lower grinding costs.

2. Precision Machinery and Instruments

They are applied in precision bearings, valve cores and valve balls of instruments and meters. For example, the sealing balls in hydraulic valves, relying on their dimensional accuracy (up to ±0.001mm) and surface finish, ensure sealing performance and long-term stable operation under high-pressure working conditions, and are commonly used in aerospace and high-end hydraulic equipment.

3. Oil and Mineral Extraction

As key components of drilling tools, such as the cutting tooth balls of roller bits and the centralizer balls of oil well casings, they guarantee drilling efficiency and wellbore stability in drilling environments with high temperature (above 200℃), high pressure and severe wear, reducing downhole failures.
