The DPP-150 Automatic Flat Type Blister Packaging Machine is a compact and multi-functional system designed for small-to-medium scale production facilities. It expertly handles aluminum-plastic (Alu-PVC) and aluminum-aluminum (Alu-Alu) blister packaging for a wide range of products, from pharmaceutical tablets, capsules, and supplements to viscous food items like chocolate spread, ketchup, and sauces.This machine also can be used with a labeling machine and a tablet press machine.

Engineered for precision and durability, the machine features a flat-heat plate system that uniformly warms PVC sheets to 105°C±2°C for perfect cavity forming. The entire process—including heat sealing, batch coding, creasing, and automated slicing—is seamlessly integrated and controlled by an intuitive PLC interface for consistent, high-quality output.

Operational efficiency is enhanced with stepless speed regulation and a spiral rod drive for on-the-fly adjustments to sheet dimensions and stroke lengths.
