SKYSIL SW-350 SILICA POWDER FOR INDUSTRIAL COATING

SW-350 is a breakthrough silica matting agent for water-based industrial coatings. It adopts composite organic wax surface treatment technology

and nano-scale pore structure design. While achieving ultra-low gloss, it gives the coating intelligent protection and process adaptability. This

product is specially developed for high-end automotive parts, electronic equipment housings, precision instruments and other scenes with strict

requirements on surface quality, redefining the matte performance boundary of water-based coatings.

1. Intelligent composite wax treatment technology

- Dynamic hydrophobic protection: double-layer organic wax (fatty acid ester + polyolefin) forms a gradient protective film, the contact angle dynamically

responds to humidity changes (105° in dry environment → 92° in high humidity environment), actively blocks water vapor penetration, and passes the

cyclic condensation test (1000h without blistering).

- Self-repairing anti-scratch: microencapsulated wax components are released when the coating is damaged to repair micro scratches (repair

efficiency>70%, scratch width≤10μm).

- Electrostatic shielding: surface resistivity≤1×10⁹ Ω/sq, prevents dust adsorption, and adapts to clean room coating requirements.

2. Nano-level matting and optical control

- Large particles build a macroscopic matting skeleton (gloss 10-30GU), small particles fill microscopic defects, eliminate the "fog shadow" phenomenon

of traditional matting agents, and increase light transmittance by 15%.

- Support the contradictory needs of "matte + high transmittance", such as transparent electronic product protective coating.

- Intelligent control of oil absorption value (260-320g/100g): through surface chemical modification, resin is adsorbed during spraying and released during

leveling, and matting efficiency and leveling are optimized simultaneously (DOI value ≥ 90).

3. Extreme environment adaptability

- Wide temperature range stability: temperature resistance -40℃ to 180℃, passed the cold and hot shock test (-40℃↔85℃, 100 cycles without cracking).
