PE Corrosion Resistant Tape For Corrosion Protection
3-ply Adhesive Wrapping Tape:
Three ply tape consisting of stabilized polyethylene backing with plastic butyl rubber adhesive layer on both sides. The consistency of butyl rubber on one side should be formulated in such a way that under tension, it flows on uneven steel surfaces. The inner wrap tape must be fully compatible with the property of primer and the property of outer wrap. The tape must be self amalgamating between the layers and at overlaps. Highly conformable to any surface structure by thick butyl rubber layer facing pipe surface.-
Product advantages
1. Thickness of adhesive layer is uniform and sealing is good.
2. Bonding force of substrate and adhesive layer is large. No adhesive failure occurs during storage and construction.
3. Heat resistance and aging resistance are good with strong capability of anti-UV.

I Description
TheT400 series is Cold applied tape coating system for corrosion protection of Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, and Waste Water underground or overhead pipelines. It is a three-ply cold applied tape with stabilised polyethylene bcking and butyl rubber adhesive layers on both sides.It is also used as inner-layer tape. It shall be applied by hand or with a wrapping machine
