XUNDA PE Black inner tape

      The XUNDA  inner wrap tape is manufactured from robust high performance polyethylene films, laminated to a specially developed butyl rubber adhesive.

          The XUNDA  innerwrap tape give primary corrosion protection to the prepared pipe surface.There is additional layer outerwraptape should be used too, the outerwrap tapes help to reduce the effects of solare and ultra violet radiation and provide additional mechanical protection to the wrapped pipe.

System Description

 Inner wrap tapeT100 is engineered to assure a high bond to the primed pipe surface with excellent conformability, aggressive adhesive for corrosion protection and repair of main line coatings.T100 is a multilayer system used for the protection of steel pipelines. They are designed for machine or brush application and formulated with stress-corrosion cracking inhibitors. The T1100 can also be used for ductile iron pipes, in this case the use of P19 primer is recommended.
