Installation Steps
Preparations
Check if the motor specifications meet your requirements. Ensure there is at least 15 cm of cooling space around it.
Installation
Fix the motor to the equipment with M8 8.8 grade bolts. Align it perpendicularly with other components to prevent gear damage.
Connect the power supply
Use a 5mm² cable to connect the 72V power supply. Connect the controller to the throttle and other systems as shown in the wiring diagram. Ensure the connections are secure and insulated.
Settings
Start the motor and adjust the controller settings via CAN bus. Set the overcurrent protection (45A - 50A) according to your working conditions.
Test
Run for 30 minutes at half load to check if the temperature remains below 85°C. Then gradually increase to full load within 2 hours to ensure the motor operates normally.
Maintenance Plan
Monthly: Use a laser thermometer to check the bearing temperature, which should remain below 90°C under full load.
Quarterly: Update the controller software (please obtain the latest version from Kehuan Technical Support).
Every 6 months: Inspect the gear wear and add lubricant as needed.
Annually: Calibrate the system and test its efficiency.
