The traditional differential assembly is prone to oil leakage and tooth damage over time, especially when carrying heavy loads. Our 48V 3kW rear axle assembly features an integral axle housing design, with spiral gears and precision bearings. After a three-thousand-kilometer test, the transmission efficiency remains above 94%, and the failure rate is 60% lower than that of ordinary products. It is particularly suitable for heavy-duty scenarios such as delivering tricycles and agricultural transport vehicles, and when used with the Dual Drive Motor Controller system, it can still maintain stability when carrying a load of 800 kilograms.

This rear axle assembly has undergone 100,000 times of bench testing. All gears adopt the German carburizing process. Special reminder: When replacing, please use 80W-90GL5 gear oil. Do not mix different types of lubricants. Currently, 50 logistics companies have bulk purchased it, and the longest usage record exceeds 200,000 kilometers without major repairs.
