SKYSIL SS-200 SILICA POWDER FOR INDUSTRIAL COATING

SS-200 matting agent is a highly efficient and multifunctional matte additive developed for industrial coatings. It is suitable for coil coatings,

heavy-duty anti-corrosion topcoats, and engineering machinery coatings. Through innovative surface treatment and stability optimization, it

provides long-lasting matte protection and performance upgrades for industrial equipment and structural materials, helping customers achieve

cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and quality breakthroughs.

- Broad-spectrum compatibility: Adopting organic-inorganic composite surface treatment technology, it ensures the high compatibility of

nano-silica with epoxy, polyester, acrylic and other resin systems, and is resistant to high-speed roller coating and high-temperature baking

(180-250℃), without agglomeration, sedimentation, or coating haze; it simultaneously improves the surface smoothness and scratch resistance

of the coating (no visible scratches in the 1kg force steel wool friction test).

- Precise matte control: When the addition amount is 3%-6%, the 60° gloss can be flexibly controlled at 10-60GU, which is suitable for the

multi-level industrial appearance requirements from full matte to semi-gloss, and does not affect the coating hardness (≥2H) and adhesion

(ISO 0 grade).

- Extreme environment tolerance: matte particles form a dense network with the resin matrix, enhancing the coating's weather resistance

(passing 2000h QUV test), salt spray resistance (≥1200h) and chemical corrosion resistance (acid, alkali, solvent wiping), suitable for harsh

scenes such as petrochemical equipment and port machinery.
