Monel K-500 alloy has the same corrosion resistance as 400, but has higher mechanical strength and hardness. It has good heat corrosion resistance and long-term structural stability. It is mainly used to manufacture turbine blades and gas turbine blades for aircraft engines with an operating temperature below 750°C; used to manufacture fasteners and springs for ships; pumps and valve parts for chemical equipment.

FEATURE

1. Corrosion resistance: It has good tolerance to strong corrosive media such as chloride ions, hydrogen sulfide, and hydrofluoric acid, and can be used in harsh marine environments.

2. High temperature strength: It can still maintain high strength and hardness at high temperatures, and is suitable for work in high temperature environments.

3. Good processing performance: It can be processed through various processes such as casting, forging, and welding.
