Introduction to Equipment Function
This product is a smart testing machine developed for the Lithium Cell Grading Machine, integrating the Battery Charge Discharge Tester and Battery Tester For Lithium Batteries. Primary functions include battery forming/sorting parameters testing, grading and sorting batteries, and performing data management. This product adopts a modular design, supports parallel operation of 512-channel capacity, and provides an independent constant current and constant voltage source for each of its 512 channels to support a "no interference" testing solution. High-precision measurement is supported by a four-wire measurement system, with voltage accuracy of ±0.1% and current resolution and minimum test current of 1mA. The software supports power failure continuation, is MES capable, and includes automatic report generation, providing full-process digital management. Supported battery types include 13-18mm e-cigarette batteries, with a supported charge and discharge current of 3A, and is suitable for low-voltage batteries such as lithium iron phosphate, providing a combination of stability and working efficiency.
