Equipment Overview

This equipment represents a more professional grade of battery formation apparatus for lithium-ion cells utilizing a pin-bed type, high temperature, negative pressure environment to carry out the formation process. It relies on storage trays to support cylindrical cells, and has the potential to simultaneously complete the activation process and capacity grading when utilizing as and when required. In addition, the Lithium Ion Battery Tester has embedded functions for lithium-ion battery features to test open-circuit voltage, an AC internal resistance, and discrete lithium-ion batteries.
