SKYSIL SS-312 SILICA POWDER FOR INDUSTRIAL COATING

SS-312 matting agent is a high-performance industrial matting agent developed based on surface wax powder organic treatment technology.

It perfectly matches the functional characteristics of Nipsil E1011 and is designed for coil coatings, industrial protective topcoats and special

coatings. With excellent dispersibility and surface smoothness, it meets the matte and functional requirements in harsh environments.

- Wax powder organic composite treatment: Using patented wax coating technology, an organic-wax composite layer is formed on the surface

of nano-silica, which significantly improves the dispersion and anti-sedimentation of particles in the resin system, avoids roughness or

agglomeration of the coating surface; gives the coating a delicate and silky feel, and simultaneously enhances scratch resistance and stain

resistance (passes Taber abrasion test and fingerprint wipe test).

- Precise match with Nipsil E1011: At the same addition amount (2.5%-5%), the 60° gloss can be stably adjusted to 10-50GU, and the matting

efficiency and leveling properties are highly consistent with E1011; it can withstand high-temperature baking (180-220℃) and high-shear processing,

and is suitable for high-speed roller coating and spraying processes, without yellowing or migration risks.

- Industrial-grade durability guarantee: matting particles and resin matrix synergistically enhance the coating's weather resistance (passed 2000h

QUV test), salt spray resistance (≥1200h) and chemical resistance (acid, alkali, solvent), suitable for outdoor steel structures, engineering machinery

and other scenes.
