Xunda polyethylene inner tape

     The XUNDA  Black color  Pipe insulation tape  is used as the base material which is coated by the liquid butyl rubber film, both of which are pressed and compounded. The film of anticorrosion tape is thicker and higher in intensity.

       The XUNDA  Black color  Pipe insulation tape will protect the pipe and its anti-corrosion tape surface from pipeline damages. Xunda anticorrosion adhesive tapes have been specially developed for high-quality, onsite corrosion protection for joints, in cases where the pipeline has already been installed. The material is easy, safe and quick to apply on welded joints, bends and other complicated shapes.

I.Product Description

     Inner wrap tapeT100 is engineered to assure a high bond to the primed pipe surface with excellent conformability, aggressive  adhesive for corrosion protection and repair of main line coatings.T100 is a multilayer system used for the protection of steel pipelines. They are designed for machine or brush application and formulated with stress-corrosion cracking inhibitors.

Inner wrap tapeT100 series is Cold applied tape coating system for corrosion protection of Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, and Waste Water pipelines, pipe can be buried, underground ,overhead ,onshore and offshore .

II.The specification of the tape consists of two layers,

First layer backing: Special blend of stabilized polyethylene,

Second layer Adhesive: Butyl rubber
