LINGWO PUR6540 Hot glue is a one-component, room temperature is a solidity, require the heating equipment change to molten state that can be used,the heating temperature require to reach 90-110℃.PUR glue has medium open time,after curing has high strength bonds and good heating stability.polyurethane adhesive is suitable for automatic dispensing or spray gluing.It has good sealing and resistance water,resistance chemical,it is good adhesion for engineer plastics，metal，glass，composite materials.

Typically application

Suitable for mobile electronic devices plastic casing and small metal parts bonds,glass bonding,assemble,also application in car display,structural bonding and assemble of dashboard.It is specially suitable for PC,PA+fiberglass,aluminum alloy,magnesium aluminum alloy,ABS,bonding of carbon fiber composite materials, etc.

Direction for use

1.The bonded substrate must be clean, dry, no oil-pollution.

2.PUR6540 is applied through a heated glue gun and syringe-type melting equipment (including automatic dispensing and spray-type equipment).

3.When use this product need to wear protective-gloves and protective glasses ,decreasing the sky contact.

4.The heating temperature is within the recommended temperature range. The bonded workpieces must be pressed immediately with the tool. It is recommended that the pressing time be more than 1 minute before applying load.

2Kg; in order to ensure reliable bonding and assembly accuracy, it is recommended that the pressure holding time is not less than 4 hours; curing at room temperature, avoid touching the bonded parts before complete curing
