Suggested printing parameters:

Mesh selection: 150-350 mesh

Hardness of squeegee rubber: 60-85T

Wet film thickness: 10-30m.

Ink fineness: 5-55 m

Construction environment: It is recommended to carry out in a controlled environment with temperature of 23-35℃ and relative humidity of 55-65%.

Curing process: after printing, the glass should be dried at 150-180℃ for 5-10 minutes. Then, it enters the key tempering stage and carries out heat treatment in Heating Furnace at 680-720℃. The ink is permanently combined with the glass surface at this high temperature, forming a hard and durable matte effect.
