SKYSIL SS-205 SILICA POWDER FOR INDUSTRIAL COATING

SS-205 matting agent is a high-efficiency matting additive designed for industrial coatings. With precise particle size control of 6.5-7.5μm, it

achieves excellent matting efficiency and coating stability in coil coatings, heavy-duty anti-corrosion topcoats and engineering machinery

coatings, helping industrial equipment to have both long-term protection and high-end matte texture in harsh environments.

- Advantages of precise particle size: Through the graded screening process, the particle size of the matting particles is strictly controlled at

6.5-7.5μm, the light diffuse reflection path is optimized, and the matting uniformity is significantly improved (60° gloss can be adjusted to

8-50GU), while avoiding the roughness or haze defects of the coating surface caused by discrete particle size.

Special surface organic treatment technology enhances the compatibility of particles with epoxy, polyester, fluorocarbon and other resins, and

withstands high-speed roller coating (line speed ≥80m/min) and high-temperature baking (200-230℃), without sedimentation, agglomeration

or migration risks.

- Industrial-grade durability guarantee: The matting network and the resin matrix synergistically strengthen the mechanical properties of the

coating, with a hardness of ≥2H, an adhesion of ISO 0, and passed 2000h QUV aging and 1500h salt spray tests, suitable for high-corrosion

scenarios such as chemical equipment and port machinery.

- Excellent process adaptability: The pre-dispersed slurry is ready-to-use, compatible with existing production lines, supports rapid feeding,

and does not require adjustment of formulation parameters.
