Thermal conductivity: 0.25 W/(m · K)

Friction and Wear Resistance

Friction coefficient: 0.3-0.5 (dry friction), 0.1-0.2 (lubrication)

PV limit value: 0.3-0.5 MPa · m/s (without lubrication)

Wear resistant modification: Adding MoS ₂, PTFE, or carbon fiber can increase lifespan by 3-5 times

Chemical stability

Resistant to oil, grease, weak alkali, and alcohols (such as lubricating oil and ethanol)

Not resistant to strong acids (sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid), strong oxidants, and phenolic solvents

Water absorption: saturated water absorption rate of 9-10%, requires humidity control treatment (boiling water/steam)

Electrical Performance

Volume resistivity: 10 ¹³ -10 ¹⁵Ω· cm

Dielectric strength: 20-30 kV/mm

Dielectric constant (1 MHz): 3.5-4.0
