Power Transformer is an electrical device made according to the principle of electromagnetic induction. It is widely used in power systems and electronic circuits, and is also an indispensable electrical device in measurement systems. The dry-type transformer is mainly composed of a core made of silicon steel sheets and a coil cast with epoxy resin. An insulating cylinder is placed between the high and low voltage coils to increase electrical insulation, and the coil is supported and constrained by pads.
Our 10kV three-phase cast resin insulated dry-type power transformer is an independently developed SC(B)10, SC(B)11, SC(B)13 series dry-type transformer with the introduction of foreign advanced technology. The coil is encapsulated with epoxy resin, so it is flame-retardant, fire-proof, explosion-proof, maintenance-free, pollution-free, small in size, and can be directly installed in the load center.
Working conditions
- Installation height: not more than 1000m above sea level;
- Power supply voltage waveform: similar to a sine wave;
- Symmetry of multi-phase power supply voltage: The power supply voltage connected to the multi-phase transformer should be approximately symmetrical.
- Ambient temperature: Maximum temperature +40℃; Maximum daily average temperature +30℃;
- Maximum annual average temperature +20℃; Minimum temperature -30℃ (applicable to indoor transformers)。
Application areas
Widely used in power distribution of urban power grids, high-rise buildings, commercial centers, airports, offshore drilling platforms, ships, tunnels, large hydropower stations, railway stations, etc.
Technical features
The core is made of high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, 45° full-bevel joints, five-step lamination, and the core column and iron yoke are both multi-stage circular cross-section shapes, which can obtain smaller no-load losses and lower noise.
According to the size of the transformer capacity, the high-voltage conductor uses double glass enameled copper wire, and the interlayer insulation is H-grade glass fiber cloth and glass felt; the low voltage is wound with copper foil, and the interlayer insulation is epoxy resin prepreg cloth, which has high mechanical strength and resistance to sudden short circuits.
