1. A sound chemical infrastructure
Our high stiffness PP-C H Polypropylene sheet chemical grade is the choice for large scale structural projects. The homopolymer (PP-H) structure provides the needed stiffness to resist sagging or "bowing" under the weight of heavy acidic or alkaline solutions in tanks. It is able to maintain its structural integrity at temperatures up to 100°C and is a must-have for steel pickling and electroplating lines.
2. Tough Outdoor Gear
Polypropylene can become brittle if exposed to sunlight and cold for long periods of time. To counter this we have UV resistant Polypropylene Plastic Sheets +C H sheet outdoor versions available. These sheets are tough and flexible thanks to the impact-resistance of copolymer (PP-C) combined with UV stabilizers, even when exposed to changing temperatures and direct UV, so your outdoor chemical cabinets won’t crack or deteriorate over time.
3. Fabrication of Precision Components
To machine parts to high tolerances, you need a material that doesn't warp after the first cut. Our PP-C H plate is precision stress-relieved by a special annealing process to remove internal stresses from manufacture. This provides the “zero-drift” stability that is necessary for high-end industrial equipment when milling complex manifolds or pump impellers, so that the material remains perfectly flat.

Q: Is “stress-relieved” really that important in CNC machining?
A: That’s ok. If you don’t use a precision stress-relieved PP-C H plate, the material will have a curl to it as soon as you remove the top layer of skin, because of its internal “memory.” Our annealed plates lay flat saving you time and reducing scrap rates.
Q: Is the Natural White FDA approved?
A: Yes, our natural PP-C/H materials are non-toxic, halogen free and FDA compliant which makes them safe for both food processing and semiconductor wet-bench applications.
