High Quality PP H Plastic Sheet Material

PP H Sheet is a high-performance engineering plastic sheet manufactured from high-purity polypropylene homopolymer. With its unique material characteristics and excellent overall performance, it has become an important choice in industrial fields. 

In terms of mechanical properties, PP H Sheet demonstrates outstanding performance with a flexural modulus exceeding 1,500MPa, 1.5 times that of standard PP materials. Its notched Izod impact strength remains above 5kJ/m² even at low temperatures of -20°C, while the low coefficient of thermal expansion (9×10⁻⁵/°C) and water absorption rate (<0.01% in 24 hours) ensure excellent dimensional stability in various environments. The chemical resistance is equally impressive, withstanding pH values from 2 to 12 and showing good resistance to alcohols, aldehydes and most polar solvents. The low surface energy (30dyn/cm) effectively prevents material adhesion, greatly simplifying cleaning and maintenance.

PP H Sheet exhibits excellent thermal properties, with a continuous service temperature range from -20°C to +100°C and short-term tolerance up to 120°C. The heat deflection temperature under 1.82MPa load reaches at least 110°C, and the material maintains good flexibility even at extreme low temperatures of -30°C, completely avoiding brittle fracture risks. Regarding electrical properties, the volume resistivity exceeds 10¹⁶Ω·cm and dielectric strength surpasses 30kV/mm, making it an excellent insulating material choice.
