Dark Grey Flame Retardant PP Sheet

FR PP Sheet is a modified polypropylene engineering plastic sheet with excellent flame retardant properties, specially formulated to meet UL94 V-0 flame rating standard. It can self-extinguish quickly when exposed to fire and effectively inhibit flame spread, while maintaining the inherent lightweight characteristics of polypropylene with a density of only 0.92-0.95g/cm³.

While preserving good mechanical properties, this product also features outstanding chemical corrosion resistance, capable of withstanding erosion from most acid/alkali solutions and organic solvents. Its smooth surface facilitates easy cleaning, and the water absorption rate below 0.03% ensures stable dimensional accuracy even in humid environments. The operating temperature range covers -20℃ to 100℃, with short-term tolerance up to 120℃, heat deflection temperature exceeding 95℃, and excellent electrical insulation properties with volume resistivity over 10¹⁵Ω·cm.
