It is a high-performance engineering plastic alloy sheet that optimally blends polycarbonate (PC) and ABS resins, perfectly combining PC's heat resistance and impact strength with ABS's processability and cost advantages. This product delivers outstanding comprehensive performance, with impact strength exceeding 50kJ/m², heat deflection temperature as high as 110-120℃, while maintaining excellent dimensional stability (linear expansion coefficient 6-7×10⁻⁵/°C) and surface hardness (HRR 115-120). The sheet features high surface smoothness with good paintability, electroplating suitability and printability, along with superior chemical resistance to daily chemicals like greases and cleaners.
With exceptional processability, it supports various molding processes including injection, extrusion and blow molding, and allows secondary processing like machining, thermoforming and ultrasonic welding. These well-rounded characteristics make it the material of choice for automotive components (dashboards, grilles, door handles), electronics housings (laptop cases, smartphone frames), medical devices (monitor enclosures, surgical instrument grips), and industrial equipment.
